境主庙水库电站工程挡水坝
摘 要:境主庙水库位于桐城市龙眠河上游,属于长江一级支流菜子湖水系,
是一座具有灌溉、防洪、城镇供水和发电等综合利用功能的中型水库工程。 工程区位于大别山区东南边缘,整个地势西北高,东南低。通过对工程处地形地质的研究确定坝址及坝型;根据设计洪水位和校核洪水位确定坝高,并确定坝体的其他尺寸;根据设计洪水位和校核洪水位确定渗流浸润线并用水力学法分析是否满足要求;用折线法和瑞典圆弧法计算坝坡个工况下是否满足稳定要求;对地基处、大坝与山体连接处进行处理。

Abstract:Jingzhu temple Reservoir is located in the the Tongcheng Wyrmrest River,
belongs to the Yangtze River a tributary of rapeseed Lake is a medium-sized reservoir project on comprehensive utilization of irrigation, flood control, urban water supply and power generation. The project area is located in the southeast edge of the Dabie Mountain area, the topography of the northwest, southeast and low. Determined by the Agency's topography and geology of the dam site and dam type; dam height is determined according to the design flood level and the check flood level, and to determine the other dimensions of the dam; according to the design flood level and check flood seepage saturation line and water for the mechanical analysis to meet the requirements; fold line and the Swedish arc method to calculate the dam slope conditions to meet the stability requirements for processing; right at the base of the dam and mountain junction.

1 绪论
境主庙水库位于桐城市城区北约1.5km,是一座具有灌溉、防洪、城镇供水和发电等综合利用功能的中型水库工程,水库始建于上世纪50年代末,1973年初步建成,1979~1990年水库大坝实施了第一次除险加固,2003年实施第二轮除险加固工程,并于2008年竣工验收。水库电站建于1985年,同年7月正式投入运行,现装机400kW,累计发电1350万kW.h,作为水库管理处的龙头企业和经济支柱,为该地区的社会和经济发展做出了贡献。电站始建初期,受水库自身续建、加固及资金筹措等因素制约,装机容量与水库来水及调节能力不相匹配,装机容量不足,经二十多年运行,现有发电设备老化陈旧,高能耗,低效率,电能质量差,安全隐患严重。为积极响应水利部开展的“全面提高农村水电增效减排能力,增强工程安全保障,有效发挥惠农效应”的号召,桐城市水利局及境主庙水库管理处积极推动电站的改扩建工程。
