【摘要】目的：探讨ICU内危重患者中心静脉压检测及其对治疗效果的影响。方法：收治危重患者40例，分析患者在ICU治疗期间进行中心静脉压(CVP)监测后的治疗情况。结果：所有危重患者在CVP检测后，治疗总有效率提高为92%，未行CVP前总有效率75%(P＜0.05)。结论：加强ICU重症患者CVP监测可及时评估患者的血容量与心负荷量的变化，对临床输液治疗具有一定指导作用。%Objective:To explore the central venous pressure monitoring in critically ill patients and its influence for therapeutic effect in ICU.Methods:40 critically ill patients were selected.We analyzed the treatment of patients after CVP during the course of treatment in ICU.Results:For all patients after CVP detection,the total effective rate of treatment was raised to 92%;before CVP, the total effective rate was 75%(P<0.05).Conclusion:To strengthen the detection of CVP for critically ill patients in ICU can timely evaluate the changes of blood volume and heart load of patients,which had certain guiding significance for clinical transfusion treatment. 【总页数】2页(59-59,62)
