【摘要】Objective To investigate the characteristics, treatment and prognosis of thrombocytopenia application in tro-aortic balloon pump treating acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods From August 2005 to January 2011, we I dentified 128 acute myocardial infarction patients who accepted intro-aortic balloon pump treatment, and analyzed clinical characteristics of platelet retrospectively. Results Mean duration of intro-aortic balloon pump insertion of 128 acute myo cardial infarction patients was (86.4 ±7. 1) hours, 52 patients have thrombocytopenia, 37 patients with mild decreased platelet and 15 patients with severe decreased platelet; no extreme severe reduction condition; initial time of thrombocyto penia was 12 hours when intro-aortic balloon pump was used; platelet returned to normal of 97.4% patients when intro-aortic balloon pump was stopped. Conclusions Intro-aortic balloon pump treating acute myocardial infarction patients can induce thrombocytopenia.
