CS 25.703 Take-off warning system (See AMC 25.703)
第25章703节起飞警告系统
A take-off warning system must be installed and must meet the following requirements:
起飞警告系统必须安装且满足如下要求:
(a)
The system must provide to the pilots an aural warning that is automatically activated during the initial portion of the take-off roll if the aero plane is in a configuration, including any of the following that would not allow a safe take-off: 在起飞滑跑的最初阶段,如果飞机的(舵面)布局包括以下情况中的任何一种时,该系统必须可以以声音的形式自动警告飞行员。
(1)
The wing-flaps or leading edge devices are not within the approved range of take-off positions.
襟翼前缘增升装置的转角不在安全起飞所允许的范围内。
(2)
Wing spoilers (except lateral control spoilers meeting the requirements of CS 25.671), speed brakes, or longitudinal trim devices are in a position that would not allow a safe take-off.
机翼的扰流器(除了后面为满足第25章671节控制扰流器外),速度刹车器,或者纵向的减阻装置,不在安全起飞所允许的位置。
(3)
The parking brake is unreleased. 停机刹车器未被释放。
(b)
The aural warning required by sub- paragraph (a) of this paragraph must continue until –

The warning is manually silenced by the pilot. The means to silence the warning must not be readily available to the flight crew such that it could be operated instinctively, inadvertently, or by habitual reflexive action. Before each take-off, the warning must be rearmed automatically, or manually if the absence of automatic rearming is clear and unmistakable.
警告被飞行员人工关闭,关闭警报的方式要使机组人员易于实现,达到可以集中地,非故意地,或者反身习惯性的操作。在每次起飞前,警报系统必须被自动重新装备,或者自动系统的缺失是清楚的或者明白被告知时,可以通过人工进行。
(c)
The means used to activate the system must function properly for allauthorized take-off power settings and procedures, and throughout the ranges of take- off weights, altitudes, and temperatures for which certification is requested.

(a)
The landing gear system must be designed so that when it fails due to overloads during take-off and landing, the failure mode is not likely to cause spillage of enough fuel toconstitute a fire hazard. The overloads must be assumed to act in the upward and aft directions in combination with side loads acting inboard and outboard. In the absence of a more rational analysis, the side loads must be assumed to be up to 20% of the vertical load or 20% of the drag load, whichever is greater. 起落架的系统设计应满足,当其在起飞和着陆时,由于过载而损坏,损坏的模式不能够引起燃油的持续泄露,引起火灾隐患。过载必须被假定为作用力向上,而且机尾有横向力作用于内部和外部。在缺少合理的分析时,横向载荷必须被假定达到垂直方向载荷的20%,或者更好的假定为阻力载荷的20%。
(b)
The aero plane must be designed to avoid any rupture leading to the spillage of enough fuel to constitute a fire hazard as a result of a wheels up landing on a paved runway, under the following minor crash landing conditions:
