The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for the OQ for 1022 cold storage room and then provide documented evidence that the equipment is operated properly as specified.

本文件的目的是为1022冷库的运行确认提供指导，并为设备的正确运行提供文件支持。 Ensure that all the documents and components are present. 确保所有的文件和部件满足要求

2. SCOPE 范围

The scope confirmed in this plan is 1022 cold storage room system. Including clean facilities, refrigeration system and automatic control system. The standby power supply is planned by the park as a whole and is not within the scope of this project confirmation.

本方案确认的范围为1022冷库系统。包括洁净设施、制冷系统和自动控制系统。备用电源由园区统筹规划，不在本项目确认范围之内。

The access control of 1022 cold store is shared with rooms 1023 and 1059, and is installed in room 1021 in front of the cold store to control personnel access. As the access control belongs to the access control and interlock system, only the access control function of the access control is confirmed in this scheme, and the upper computer is not included in this scope.

1022冷库的门禁与1023、1059房间共用，安装在冷库前室1021房间用于控制人员出入。因门禁属于门禁与互锁系统，故在此方案中仅确认门禁的门禁功能，上位机不在此次范围内。

3. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION 系统描述

Two refrigeration systems for each cold room, one is working and another is in standby. They can work in turn internally automatically, or one can switch to another when it’s broken down, to ensure that the temperature in cold room is within the set range, 2 ~ 8 ℃.

冷库制冷系统采用一用一备，定期自动切换或一套系统出现故障时可切换至另一套系统，保证冷库能够持续保持在2-8℃的温度范围内。

The refrigeration system of the cold storage consists of a direct expansion indoor fan coil unit, a compressor located on the outdoor roof and a condenser located on the ceiling.

冷库的制冷系统由直接膨胀式的室内风机盘管单元，一个位于室外屋面的压缩机和一个位于吊顶的冷凝器组成。

The cold storage control system consists of touch screen, temperature display, temperature sensor, solenoid valve and other equipment.

冷库控制系统包括触摸屏、温度显示器、温度传感器和电磁阀等设备组成。

The control system of the cold storage provides a communication interface to BMS for monitoring, including operation status and fault alarm information.

冷库的控制系统提供通讯接口给BMS用于对其监视包括运行状态和故障报警信息。
