2. FIELD WATER TESTING现场试验
2.1 Field water testing shall be carried out periodically during curtain wall installation.在幕墙安装期间定期进行现场喷淋试验。
? Provide 3 successful water tests of each typical wall type. Locations to
be selected by architect.
每种外墙安装期间定期进行现场喷淋试验。
? All termination conditions, flashing to windows frames behind aluminum and
cladding panels, coping/external balustrade shall be 100% tested. 所有收口位置与窗框相连的，在铝板后面的泛水板都需要100%的测试。
? Should problems arise, the Architect may instruct that further testing be
carried out.
如测试当中有任何问题出现，工程师可要求增加作实验范围。
? The test shall be conducted strictly in accordance with AAMA-501.2

Test area shall be at least two-story high and three-panel wide.This area should include all typical horizontal and vertical joints.The water shall be applied using a Type B-25,#6.030 brass nozzled with 1/2” FPT as manufactured by Monarch Manufacturing Works.The nozzle shall be used with a 3/4” garden hose.the water flow to the nozzle shall be adjusted to produce 30 to 35 psi water pressure.The nozzle shall be moved slowly back and forth above the joint,at distance of 1 ft from it,for a period of 5 minutes for 5 ft of joint.
测试区域至少为2层楼高，3个板宽，包括所有典型的横向和竖向接缝。淋水应采用铜喷嘴，型号如同Monarch Manufacturing Works Monarch Manufacturing Works生产的Type B-25,#6.030。喷嘴后接喷嘴后接3/4英寸的水管，水压应达30~35psi。
2.2 Gutter Test水槽测试
Verify during construction that water leakage and condensation are effectively collected and drained to the exterior. Test internal gutters for every floor by temporarily plugging weep holes and filling with water. After a minimum of fifteen(15) minutes,inspect for water leakage. Correct deficiencies and retest until successful tests are achieved. Remove weep hole plugs after testing.All gutters are to be clean and free of debris prior to installing additional material that would prevent access at a later time. Gutters shall be 100% tested. 在施工期间须检查渗漏雨水和冷凝水是否能够被完全排除室外。用临时堵住泄水孔并在内部水槽中灌水的方法来检查每一层楼的内部水槽的防渗漏性能。在保持15分钟以后，检查渗水状况。有缺陷的地方需要整改并重新测试直到测试成功。确保测试完成后除去泄水孔的堵塞物。所有的内部水槽在安装其它遮蔽组件之前，都应清洁和清理灰尘杂物、水槽需要进行100%的测试。

3.1 Generally 一般规定 Submit manufacturer’s test reports prepared by the approved laboratory for all structural sdhesives (silicone used in structural glaing before commencing installation.Tclude details of sampiling and test procedures. 在安装前提交生产商出具的、由认可的实验所作的有关结构硅酮胶剂其它粘结剂的测试报告，包括其样本集测试层序的详细数据。
Test proocedures and minimum acceptance criteria shall comply with AAMA CW 13 ang GB 16776
测试程序及验收规格应以AAMA CW 13及GB16776为根
3.2 Sealant-Adhesion and compatibility testing:附着力及兼容性测试据。
Carry out and submit results for initial adhesion and compatibility testing to ASTM C794 and ASTM C510.Verify that no material in contact with the structural adhesivs will cause deterioration of structural adhesives,and the structural sdhesives will not cause intrusion into laminated glass interlayers or IGU seals. 根据ASTM C794及ASTM C510进行初始附着力及兼容性测试，并提交其测试报告。证明没有材料因与结构硅胶接触而导致结构粘结失效现象，证明结构胶不会进入夹层玻璃中间层或中空玻璃密封的内层。
3.3 Sealant-Direct tension tests 直接拉力测试：
Direct tension tests between silicone annd glass shall be carried out using an Instron Tensile Tester,or approved alternative.
玻璃与硅胶之间的直接拉力测试需采取Instron Tensile Tester或其它认可的仪器进行。
Test ten samples of each joint type without weatherseals and using actual materials and joint configuration identical to that proposed and complete testing prior to manufacture,as follows.
生产之前，进行十个样本接缝样本的测试，测试样本应除掉耐候密封胶，使用与工程采用的一致的材料及接缝形式，测试满足如下要求：
? Five samples shall be air cured 21days then water immersed 7 days before
testing.
五个样本在测试前进行21天空气中固化，然后浸在水中7天。
? Repeat procedure on completion of manufacture of 30%of the materials. 在生产进行30%时，重复进行上述测试。
? Apply a 5x safety factor to the mean of the ultimate strength results to
determine joint dimension.
按平均极限强度的5倍安全系数设计胶缝尺寸。
? Complete initial tests prior to commencement of manufacture. 初步测试完成后才可进行生产。
3.4 Sealant-Adhesion(de-glazing) tests 附着力测试：

installation.Include details of sampling and test procedures. 提交由有资质的实验室准备的制造商关于用在安装之前的玻璃结构的胶粘剂（硅胶）的测试报告。包括详细的采样和测试程序。
Carry out and submit results for factory adhesion (de-glazing)tests to fully cured glazed panels selected randomly.
随机选取完全固化的板块进行附着力（割胶）测试，并提交测试报告。
Cut joint at midpoint to leave half the sealant attached to the glass and half to the substrate.
在连接处中间切开，令结构胶一半贴着玻璃而另一半贴着连接物。
Carry out visual examination of joint fill,voiding and structural bite. 目测检查缝口的填充度、空洞及结构粘结状况。
After testing fully remove silicone tape and spacers, thoroughly clean and re-apply sealant in accordance with approved procedures in the factory. 当测试完成后，将硅胶及隔离胶条拆除，将连接件完全清理好，然后在工厂内按照批准的打胶程序重新打胶。
Testing shall be carried out at the rate as follows: 测试频率如下：
? One unit in the first 10 units delivered to Site.
首十个单元其中的一个。 ? One unit in the next 40.
次四十个单元的其中一个。 ? One unit in the next 50.
再五十个单元的其中一个。
? One unit in each 100 thereafter.
之后一百个单元的其中一个。
After testing，replace the adhesive by approved factory procedures. 在测试后，按标准的工厂程序更换结构胶。 Any unsatisfactory occurrence including lack of joint fill， lack of adhesion，excessive voiding or other defect be apparent， may be grounds for all units manufacturered on the same day and one day either side （a further five units）.Such units may be accepted on the condition that a satisfaction of such occurrence is submitted and that no additional unsatisfactory occurrences occur.
在测试中如发现填塞不足、空隙过多、附着力不足或其它缺点均可能足以令该次测试单元所代表的产品全数被退回。更要对当日生产的所有单元及前后五日生产的五个单元进行附加测试。该批单元是否被接受需根据对原因的解释和附加测试结果而定。
3.5 Sealant-Peel tests during glazing
Carry out periodic “hand pull”Peel tests in the factory on finished metal samples out at a rate of one per day.A silicone bead shall be applied to an area not exposed to view in the final location，on a random basis。After curing，a Peel test shall be performed to demonstrate adhesion. Record results in glazier‘s logbook。 Submit copies at weekly intervals.
