急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后再灌注心律失常的临床观察

【摘要】Objective: To investigate the clinical features and influential factors of reperfusion arrhythmia after PCI surgery in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Method: The clinical data of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with PCI from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Among them,52 patients appeared reperfusion arrhythmia,68 patients did not. The influencing factors of reperfusion arrhythmia were comparatively analyzed. Result: After clinical comparative analysis, the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia was correlated with age,lesion vessel location and pathological vessel opening time. There was no significant difference in mortality, incidence of re-infarction and stroke between patients with reperfusion arrhythmia and those without reperfusion arrhythmia(P＞0.05). Conclusion:The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia of acute myocardial infarction after PCI is relatively high and is affected by many factors. Therefore, in the course of clinical treatment, it is necessary to strengthen the observation and response to reperfusion arrhythmia after PCI.%目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后出现再灌注心律失常的临床特点和影响因素.方法:回顾性分
析2016-01—2017-12期间我院收治的120例急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者的一般资料,其中52例患者出现再灌注心律失常,68例患者未出现再灌注心律失常,对比分析出现再灌注心律失常的影响因素.结果:经过临床对比观察分析发现,再灌注心律失常发生率与年龄、病变血管位置、病变血管开通时间存在关联性.出现再灌注心律失常患者与未出现再灌注心律失常患者的病死率、再梗死率、卒中发生率比较差异无统计学意义.结论:急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后再灌注心律失常的发生率较高,受多种因素影响,所以在临床治疗过程中要加强对患者PCI术后再灌注心律失常的观察和应对治疗. 【总页数】4页(510-512,517)
