(题目):基于单管正激式的高效率开关电源的设计 摘要:单管正激式开关电源设计的主要问题是如何保持变压器的复位电压值,如何保证磁通复位和变压器磁路不能进入饱和状态,同时也要注意耐压800V的开关管的性能如何,最后就是挑选便宜合适的控制芯片。 这篇文章争对相应的问题做出的解决方案:零气系变压器的单管正激式开关电源的电路拓扑可以有效降低变压器一次侧励磁电感储能,降低变压器复位对复位电容器的要求。使得开关电源的最大占空比不大于0.5可以使得变压器的磁通复位不进入饱和状态。对于主回路结构可选择带有去磁绕组的电路结构,选择COOLMOS作为开关管,选择UC3844作为开关电源的控制芯片。 关键词:稳压电源 单管正激式 变压器设计 整流滤波电路 2
