【摘要】Objective To investigate level changes of Serum procalcitonin, C -reactive protein, interleukin-6 in patients with severe pneumonia, and its clinical diagnostic significance.Methods 80 cases of patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected, and they were divided into survival group (41) and death group (39) based on 28 days observation period.The serum PCT, hs-CRP and IL-6 levels of two groups were detected and compared.Results The PCT level of death group was gradually decreased (P<0.05).The PCT level of survival group was gradually increased (P<0.05).The PCT level of death group was significantly higher than the survival group (P<0.05).The hs-CRP level of death group was gradually decreased (P<0.05).The hs-CRP level of survival group was gradually increased (P<0. 05).The hs-CRP level of death group was significantly higher than the survival group (P<0.05).The IL-6 level of death group was gradually decreased (P <0.05).The IL -6 level of survival group was gradually increased (P<0.05).The IL-6 level of death group was significantly higher than the survival group (P<0. 05).Conclusions PCT, hs -CRP and IL -6
