重度抑郁症患者的疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To explore the efficacy and social function of modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) combined with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) in the treatment of medium-major depression disorder.Methods One hundred cases of the patients with depressive disorder were randomly assigned to observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) from June 2016 to Dec 2016 in our hospital.The control group took SSRIs,the observation group took SSRIs combined with MECT for 4 weeks.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and social disability screening schedule (SSDS) were measured before and after 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the HAMD score of observation group was decreased after 2 week treatment,and the SDSS scores of both two groups were decreased (P＜0.01).After 4 week treatment,compared with the control group,HAMD and SDSS scores of the observation group were decreased (P＜0.01).Conclusion MECT combined with SSRIs can make effect more rapidly and evidently,which can improve obviously social function of medium-major depression disorder.%目的 观察改良电休克疗法(MECT)联
