前 言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第1部分:标准的结构和编写》给出的规定起草。 本标准由能源行业地热能专业标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:北京市地质矿产勘查开发局、北京市地热研究院、北京市华清地热开发集团有限公司、中国地质调查局浅层地温能研究与推广中心、中石化新星(北京)新能源研究院有限公司。

浅层地热能开发地质环境影响监测评价规范
1 范围
本标准规定了浅层地热能开发利用地质环境监测系统建设、监测数据采集、传输及存储以及地质环境影响评价的内容、方法和要求。
本标准适用于浅层地热能开发利用系统(包括地埋管地源热泵系统、地下水地源热泵系统,不包括地表水、再生水热泵系统)地质环境影响监测系统建设及地质环境影响评价。 2 规范性引用文件

下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
浅层地热能 shallow geothermal energy
从地表至地下200m深度范围内,储存于水体、土体、岩石中的温度低于25℃,采用热泵技术可提取用于建筑物供热或制冷等的地热能。

3.2
地源热泵系统 ground-source heat pump system
以岩土体、地下水和地表水为低温热源,由水源热泵机组、浅层地热能换热系统、建筑物内系统组成的供暖制冷系统。根据地热能交换方式,可分为地埋管地源热泵系统、地下水地源热泵系统和地表水地源热泵系统。

地埋管地源热泵系统 pipe ground-source heat pump system
传热介质通过竖直或水平地埋管换热器与岩土体和地下水进行热交换的地源热泵系统。 3.4
