金钮扣提取物体外抑菌活性的初步研究

【摘要】[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of RADIX ET CAUIiS SOLANI TORVI extract against tested strains in vitro. [ Method ] The antibacterial activity of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI extract against 10 kinds of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus was tested by drug - sensitive disk diffusion method and tube double dilution method. [ Result] The water extract of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI presented the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus lemon, family Micrococcus, Bacillus subtilis, Shigella and Staphylococcus albus. Ethanol extract and petroleum ether fraction had a strong inhibitory effect on methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus lemon, Micrococcus, Bacillus subtilis and Shigella. Ethanol extract and chloroform part had a weak inhibitory effect on the Staphylococcus albus. [ Conclusion] Different extracts of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI presented varying inhibitory effect on tested strains. The antibacterial activity of ethanol extract was higher than that of water extract, but petroleum ether and chloroform were the main active ingredients that had antibacterial effects.%[目的]研究金钮扣提取物的体外抑菌活性.[方法]采用药敏纸片扩散法
及2倍稀释法测定金钮扣提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌等10种细菌的抑菌效果.[结果]①对金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、微球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、痢疾杆菌、白色葡萄球菌6种供试菌有抑制作用.②及③对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、微球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、痢疾杆菌6种供试菌有较强的抑制作用.②及④对白色葡萄球菌有较弱的抑菌作用.[结论]金钮扣不同提取物对供试菌抑菌效果不同;②的抑菌效果优于①;而③及④是主要活性成分,具有抑菌作用.
