[摘要] 本设计主要包括工程量清单计算与施工组织设计两大部分。实施工程量
清单计价，符合建筑安装产品计价规律的要求，有利于规范建设市场秩序、促进有序竞争和企业健康发展。工程量清单计算主要包括砼工程、土石方工程、钢筋工程几个部分。施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。施工组织设计部分主要包括施工部署、主要施工方案、施工技术措施、技术质量保证措施、文明施工措施等。

Abstract ：This design mainly includes the bill of quantities calculation and construction
organization design of two parts. Implementing the quantities bill valuation accord with the requirement of construction and installation products denominated in law, is conducive to standardizing the construction market order, promote orderly competition and healthy development of enterprises. Bill of quantities calculation including the concrete project, conditions, steel bar engineering parts. Construction organization design is the core and soul of the construction organization, is for the whole process of engineering construction projects conceived ideas and specific arrangement, used to guide the construction project entire process each activity the technology, economy and organization of comprehensive files. Construction organization design part mainly includes the construction of deployment, the main construction scheme, construction technology, technical quality assurance measures, civilized construction measures, etc.
