针刀配合深部透热治疗颈椎间盘突出症432例疗效观察

【摘要】目的：研究针刀配合深部透热治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果，探讨针刀配合深部透热治疗颈椎间盘突出的作用机理。方法：将432例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组：针刀配合深部透热；对照组：单独针刀治疗。每组各216例，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组216例患者中总有效率达98.1%。对照组216例患者中总有效率为87.0%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针刀配合深部透热治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效显著，安全，可广泛应用于临床治疗。%Objective On the needle knife with deep diathermy in the treatment of cervical disc herniation clinical effect.
