62 years ago,a great man declared on the Tian anmen tower that the People’s Republic of China is founded today. On that particular time，all of the citizs were boiling；As we all know，in modern time，the frequent bullying and humiliation by imperialist powers once weakened China。However， after a hundred years’ struggle of the entire Chinese nation，china has stood up as a giant。 we will not be the east Asia sick man nor the east sleeped lion any longer。The founding of People’s Republic of China have greatly enhanced the Chinese confidence and marked an unprecedented great unity of the China nation。And now，62 years has been passed,huge changes had took palce on China’s society,we have made fruitful achievements in the field of economy ﹑military﹑politic and culture。

I was born and raised up in the rural area，and

experienced the development of rural areas myslef since

the 90s,I want to use one word to express my feelings—rapidly.10 years before，most of the houses in our town were builded by sundried mud bricks，but now，you can seldom find a house which is builded by sundried mud bricks;10 yreas before,the traffic in the rural areas was very bad,but now,we have made the goal of contacting every town with concrete road；10 years before ，in order to live a better life,many peasants chose to work in the east coastal city，like Jiangsu and Zhejiang province,but now,most of them choose to make money in their hometown. All of these are the achievement of Reform and opening up ,it has been improving people’s living standard greatly

and

promoting

the

development

of

economy.According to the official survey last year，the GDP of China have exceeded Japan the first time，which makes China become the second economic party in the world . Our urbanization is accelerating ， products made in china can be seen all over the world , as well as our factories.All of these are really huge accomplishments which are worthy for us to proud of .

Only if you are a chinese,you should kown

that in modern time ,china had been invaded by many

countries，but now，I believe that no country on earth dare to bully China。When we succeed in detonating the first atom bomb，we need not afraid of western countries’ military blockade and nuclear threatening any longer；when we succeed in launching the first satellite ，we no longer envy American for their landed on the moon，because all chinese people believe that one day we can make it too, and we not only send our astronauts to the moon ,but also to the Mars﹑Venus and so on；when we succeed holding the 2008 Olympic game and the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China ，we have the confidence that china will become the most developed country ，because we believe this nation have huge potentials which will lead it to be the leader of the world ； when battleplane J-10 fly in our territorial air space，we no longer envy for russia’s su-27﹑su-35 and America’F-22﹑F-16，and what interested us most recently is that our fourth generation battleplane J-20 will come out soon，and our aircraft carrier will cruise over our territorial sea not long before，at that time，we will be one of the most strongest coutries in the world ，no enemy dare to bully us easily。

Certaintly，all of these achievements could not be

exist without those who lose their life for our motherland ，those who work hard to make our country stronger ，those who pay more but gain less ，all of you are heroes of our nation，we express our sincere respect to you .

While we can not content to what we have achieved now,we should work hard constantly to make sure exceed American In the field of economy ﹑military ﹑politic，culture ，to become the fisrt great country ， to make a come back to china nation’s former prosperity。And in the current time, what we should do is to find a proper way to solve the Taiwan issue,this related to the unity and development of our nation,and is the element of our recovey in all field 。so fellow citizens ，let us try hard and make our greatest contribution to our nation,and let us applaud for our motherland ,and wish she a prosperity in the future。 Thank you ！
