【摘要】Objectives To investigate the expression of MUC1 and MUC7 proteins and their significance in human urine epithelium of bladder tumor. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MUC1 and MUC7 proteins in 50 cases of urine epithelium of bladder tumor and 6 cases of normal bladder mucosa.Results MUC1 has different level of expression in both normal bladder mucosa and urine epithelium of bladder tumor. The positive expression of MUC1 in urine epithelium of bladder tumor was 42 cases( 84.0% ).Positive rate and expression patterns were correlated with high pathological grades and TNM stages. MUC7 was negative in all normal bladder mucos. The positive expression in urine epithelium of bladder tumor was 37 cases(74.0%). There was no significant different expreion of MUC7 with the pathological grades,but in different of clinical TNM stages. Conclusions There is a relationship between the expression of MUC1 and MUC7 in urine epithelium of bladder tumor, combining detection could be useful indicator for the assessment of pathological grades or TNM stages of urine epithelium of bladder tumor.%目的 探讨
