Esther Mentzer was born in New York. Her upbringing was a modest one; her father owned a hardware store. Much of her time was spent in trying to make ends meet in the hardware store。

Given that you can't actually touch, see, smell or hear the product you're buying online, these reviews provide buyers valuable information on the product itself. But how far can you trust them?
Barnaby Bicken had an unpleasant experience.“I took some friends to a restaurant in Manchester that had excellent reviews on a food website. However, the service was awful and we were ignored most of the time.
