血管栓塞联合脑脊液置换术治疗动脉瘤破裂性蛛网膜下腔

【摘要】目的：探讨血管栓塞联合脑脊液置换术治疗动脉瘤破裂性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法：收治动脉瘤破裂性蛛网膜下腔出血患者76例，根据治疗方法分为两组。对照组给予血管栓塞治疗，观察组给予血管栓塞联合脑脊液置换术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、头痛及颈项强直持续时间、术后并发症发生率情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组的头痛持续时间、颈项强直时间显著少于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组脑积水、脑血管痉挛的发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：血管栓塞联合脑脊液置换术治疗动脉瘤破裂性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效显著，可降低术后并发症发生率。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vascular embolization combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:76 cases of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with vascular embolization.The observation group was treated with vascular embolization combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy.The clinical effect,duration of headache and neck stiffness,incidence of postoperative complications between groups were
