【摘要】近年来Ommaya囊置入术在小儿神经外科领域广泛运用, Ommaya囊不仅可以用于引流脑脊液、引流脑室积血、降低颅内压, 还可囊内给药用于治疗颅内感染及辅助颅脑肿瘤化疗.本文就Ommaya囊置入术在小儿脑积水、脑室出血、颅内感染、后颅窝肿瘤等疾病治疗中的研究做一综述.%In recent years, Ommaya sac implantation has been widely used in the field of pediatric neurosurgery. Ommaya sac can not only be used for drainage of cerebrospinal fluid, drainage of ventricular hemorrhage, reduction of intracranial pressure, but also intracapsular administration for the treatment of intracranial infection and auxiliary brain Tumor chemotherapy. This article reviews the study of Ommaya sac placement in
the
treatment
of
pediatric
hydrocephalus,
intraventricular
hemorrhage, intracranial infection, posterior fossa tumor and other diseases.
