BB 4--6个月的辅食
米粉
原料:1匙米粉,温水
做法:1匙米粉加入3-4匙温水,静置后,用筷子按照顺时针方向调成糊状。 米汤 原料:大米
做法:将锅内水烧开后,放入淘洗干净的200g大米,煮开后再用文火煮成烂粥,取上层米汤即可食用。
功效:米汤汤味香甜,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷、铁,维生素C、维生素B等。 鱼泥胡萝卜泥米粉
原料:河鱼或是海鱼,胡萝卜
做法:选择河鱼或是海鱼,蒸熟,取出肉,并小心将鱼刺全部除去,压成泥即可。将做好的少量鱼泥,连同胡萝卜泥一起拌在米粉里。 蛋黄泥 原料:鸡蛋1个

做法:将鸡蛋煮熟,用筛碗或勺子碾成泥,加入适量开水或配方奶调匀即可。最初要从1/8个蛋黄开始,根据宝宝的接受程度逐步添加至1/4、1/3。
功效:补充宝宝逐渐缺失的铁,蛋黄中的铁含量高,同时维生素A、D和E与脂肪溶解容易被机体吸收和利用。 土豆泥 原料:土豆
做法:将一只土豆去皮并切成小块,蒸熟后用勺压烂成泥,加少量水调匀即可。 青菜泥 原料:青菜
做法:将适量青菜叶洗净,加入沸水内煮约1-2分钟后,取出菜叶用粉碎机粉碎,或在铜丝网上研磨,滤出菜泥。 牛奶红薯泥
原料:红薯1块,奶粉1勺
做法:将红薯(马铃薯)洗净去皮蒸熟,用筛碗或勺子碾成泥。奶粉冲调好后倒入红薯(马铃薯)泥中,调匀即可。 鸡汤南瓜泥
