【摘要】Objective To evaluate the effect of oral administration of metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods258 cases of diabetes in our community were selected from January 2013 to January 2015, and the average of the two groups were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Blood glucose regulation, blood lipid changes and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results
