量子点免疫层析试条定量检测系统的设计

【摘要】A novel quantitative system for quantum dot immunochromatography strip was designed. It is composed of quantum dot immunochromatography strip, strip rack, scanning system, charge coupled device ( CCD) , signal amplifier, analog/digital converter( A/D) , micro chip unit ( MCU) , display device, printer, keyboard and an IC card used together with the strip.The MCU controls the movement of the strip rack after reading the parameters of the IC card, making the optical fiber probes of the scanning system automatically scan the strip.The collected characteristic reflection fluorescence is transmitted to the MCU for optical signal identification and concentration calculation through the CCD, the signal amplifier and the analog/digital converter.The display device shows test results.This new system can implement multi-component quantitative detections for sample.It has the characteristic of rapid detection, high sensitivity, objective results and flexible use, thus having a broad prospect for application in biological medicine.%一种量子点免疫层析试条定量检测系统,由量子点免疫层析试条、试条架、扫描系统、电荷耦合器( CCD )、信号放大器、模/数转换器( A/D)、微处理器( MCU)、输出显示装置、打印机、键盘
