摘 要
随着现代物流业的发展，物流外包已经作为很多企业扩大收益的一种重要手段，物流外包可以降低企业的成本，使企业享受专业的第三方物流服务，并且可以减少资本投入，使企业可以集中资源与精力在自己的核心业务上，以保持企业的竞争优势和生存发展。虽然物流外包有诸多好处，但是也存在着很大的风险，因此，我们有必要对企业物流外包管理进行详尽的研究，尽可能避免物流外包所带来的风险，促进企业又快又好发展。本文是在前人研究的基础上对企业物流外包管理的进一步探讨，期望可以为企业物流外包决策提供一些有用的方法和建议。
本文基于核心能力理论及交易费用理论对物流外包理论进行了研究，在此基础上从供给与需求两个角度阐述了企业物流外包的市场发展现状，并对我国企业物流外包市场目前所存在的问题进行了原因分析。本文主要研究了企业物流外包的管理体系，包括企业物流外包的动因分析、企业物流外包的适应性分析、企业物流业务外包的选择依据、企业实施物流外包的决策模式研究、企业物流外包的准备、第三方物流服务供应商的关系管理、企业物流外包的风险管理及完善我国企业物流外包的对策建议这一系列的管理过程。运用企业物流外包的管理体系，我们就能科学地进行物流外包管理，不断改善企业物流外包的市场现状，使企业
能够科学地进行物流外包管理。
本文还进行了实证分析，从个案的角度，以点概面，突出本文主题。本文对江铃汽车实施VM发动机物流外包进了分析与评价，从本文建立的企业物流外包管理体系的角度，详尽分析了江铃汽车的物流外包管理。

Abstract
With the development of modern logistics industry, logistics outsourcing has as many enterprises to expand revenue is a kind of important means, logistics outsourcing can reduce the cost of enterprise, so that enterprises enjoy a professional third party logistics services, and reduce the capital investment, so that enterprises can focus its resources and energy in their core business, in order to maintain the competition of the enterprise advantage and existence and development. Although the logistics outsourcing has many benefits, but also has the very big risk, therefore, it is necessary for us to enterprise logistics outsourcing management conducted exhaustive research, as far as possible to avoid the logistics outsourcing risk, stimulative enterprise to develop well and quickly. This article is based on the previous study of enterprise logistics outsourcing management further discussion, hope can provide enterprises logistics outsourcing decision-making provide some useful methods and suggestions.
In this paper, based on the core competence theory and transaction cost theory to the theory of logistics outsourcing is studied, on the basis of supply and demand two angle elaborated the enterprise logistics outsourcing market development present situation, and to our country enterprise logistics outsourcing market are analysed the causes of existing problems. This article mainly studies the enterprise logistics outsourcing management system, including the analysis of the motivation of enterprise logistics outsourcing, logistics outsourcing, adaptability analysis of enterprise logistics outsourcing based on selection, implementation of enterprise logistics outsourcing decision model of enterprise logistics outsourcing, preparation, third party logistics service supplier relationship management, enterprise logistics outsourcing risk management and consummates our country enterprise logistics outsourcing strategy suggest that a series of management process. Application of enterprise logistics outsourcing management system, we can scientifically analyze the logistics outsourcing management, continuous improvement of enterprise logistics outsourcing market situation, so that enterprises can carry out scientific logistics outsourcing management.
This article also has carried on the empirical analysis, from the case 's point of view, to the point of almost, highlight the theme of this paper. The JMC implement VM engine into the analysis and evaluation of logistics outsourcing, from the angle of enterprise logistics outsourcing management system, a detailed analysis of JMC logistics outsourcing management.
