多能护理床的设计
摘 要
随着人口老龄化速度的加快,护理业服务受到了严峻的挑战,医疗和社会保险系统面临前所未有的压力,因此为老年患者服务的护理型病床的需求正不断增加。
针对这一现象,本文详细论述了针对缺乏自理能力的老年人及行动不便的病人设计的多功能护理床的基本结构和功能原理。该病床能够帮助病人实现翻身、坐起、屈膝、排便及吃饭,解决了护理病人过程中的诸多不便,进而提高了我国护理业服务,有力地促进了我国的医疗保健事业的发展。
本文首先基于人机工程学,进行了护理床总体方案的设计,根据相关标准及调研结果,制定了护理床的设计原则,功能要求及设计指标;完成了护理床本体的总体方案设计。
然后,采用自上而下的方法完成了护理床结构详细设计并给出了全套的设计图。主要包括总体框架、抬腿部件、抬背部件、翻身部件等功能模块。其中,排便部件极大地体现了对老年人的关怀。

Abstract
With the speed of population ageing,care services industry has been in the face of challenges.Medical and social insurance system is facing unprecedented pressure. Care-beds which serve the old patients are in increasing demand.
In reaction to the phenomenon,the basic structure and functional principles of multifunctional care-beds which are designed for those old patients who lack of governance of themselves and those patients who lack of the ability to control their mobility are elaborated in the essay. Much inconvenience in the course of nursing patient can be resolved by the care-beds which can help patients turn over themselves,sit up,bend knees and also spot. This in turn augments nursing service in our country and effectively promotes the development of the cause of our health care .
First of all,based on ergonomics,the nursing bed was overall designed in this paper.According to the relevant standards and design specifications;completed the overall design of the overall framework, carried a leg,carry back parts,turn over parts function module.Among them, defecate parts greatly expression of the elderly care.
Finally,the bed of all parts of the design respectively.Using the method of science, rigorous thinking and effective data obtained from all agencies of the nursing bed parts design standards and safety coefficient.
