护理干预对提高耐多药肺结核患者生活质量的效果研究

【摘要】Objective To further study the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tu-berculosis and the effect of nursing intervention so as to provide a reference for the nursing of the patients and improving their quality of life. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from August, 2011 to August, 2013 were reviewed and analyzed. Life assessment scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups, mainly including social function, emotion, subjective health, mental health and physical function and so on. The factors af-fecting the quality of life of the patients and the effect of nursing were analyzed. Results Before the nursing intervention, the social function, emotion, health, mental health and physical function of the observation group were 40.00 ± 20.51, 19.07 ± 22.33, 17.23 ± 15.86, 48.11 ± 16.03 and 52.02 ± 15.33, respectively. The quality of life and the effect of nursing of the observation group after the nursing intervention compared with those before the nursing intervention, the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05.
