北京自如企业文化建设研究

摘 要

近年来,我国市场经济日益繁荣,在企业经济发展过程中企业的文化建设尤为重要。企业文化建设能够对我国经济社会的迅速发展起积极的促进作用。作为企业指路明灯的企业文化是最先进的业务管理思想和智慧。没有自己的企业文化的公司通常很难管理,并且公司员工没有主人翁感,公司就很难在竞争如此激烈的市场中存活下来。企业想要继续发展,就一定要加大建设企业文化的力度和手段,企业上至董事成员下至普通员工都要认识到企业文化的重要性。本文以北京自如企业为研究对象,结合相关理论,运用分析和设计企业文化现状的原理和方法,分析北京自如企业现有企业文化状况,发现北京自如企业文化中存在的问题,并提出改进性建议以及实施保障策略。不光对自如企业的可持续发展中起着积极的作用。同时也为其他公司的文化建设提供了参考意见。

Abstract

In recent years, China's market economy has become increasingly prosperous, and the construction of enterprise culture is particularly important in the process of enterprise economic development. Corporate culture construction can play a positive role in promoting the rapid development of China's economy and society. The enterprise culture as the guiding light of the enterprise is the most advanced business management ideas and wisdom. A company without its own corporate culture is often difficult to manage, and without a sense of ownership among its employees, it is difficult for the company to survive in such a competitive market. If an enterprise wants to continue its development, it must strengthen the efforts and means to build its corporate culture. All the members of the board of directors and ordinary employees should realize the importance of corporate culture. In this paper, Beijing free enterprise as the research object, combined with relevant theories, using the principles and methods of analyzing and designing the current situation of corporate culture, analysis of the current corporate culture of Beijing free enterprise, found the existing problems in Beijing free enterprise culture, and put forward Suggestions for improvement and implementation of security strategies. It not only plays a positive role in the sustainable development of enterprises. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the cultural construction of other companies.
