迎晖路拆除既有跨铁路桥梁施工方案

第一部分 施工设计方案

一、工程概况

由于新建铁路成都东客站的建立,成渝公路(迎晖路)于绵成乐里程DK155+350处上跨城际场和达成场咽喉区,由于原公路上跨成昆线的孔跨和标高均不能适应要求,本次设计原位改建成渝公路,以高架桥方式上跨达成、城际两场咽喉区。

本桥在K0+555—K0+595跨越成昆线沙河堡车站北咽喉,该处有一座单孔25m、16m跨的空心板梁需要拆除。该跨铁路桥两端均已经开挖,桥面系已经凿除,桥面距开挖土方面5.5m。 二、拆除主要工程量

由于该桥桥面南北两侧既有燃气、电力、通信等管线尚未实施迁改,故

本次拆除既有40片板梁的其中35片梁(其中25米板梁9片,16米板梁26片),剩余5片25米板梁待其上部管线迁改后再行拆除。拆除桥梁采用一台320t大吨位履带吊整体吊装拆除,吊点设在梁两端90cm处,采用自制吊具进行起吊,吊装前采用岩石分裂机对梁间纵向梁缝进行机械分离。拆除施工顺序为:既有桥南侧人行栏杆、防抛网拆除—自既有桥南侧开始吊装拆除梁体—用风镐配合人工拆除既有桥台。 1、桥空心板梁拆除方案

施工准备完成后, 要点封锁线路同时停用南东供电臂120分钟共14次,首先拆除桥梁南侧防抛网及人行道砼栏杆后,利用岩石分裂机将南侧第一、二片梁进行机械分离10cm,然后开始第一片梁吊离作业,再横移第二、三片梁5cm,最后自第四片梁依次分离梁缝、依次吊装至第37片梁结束。

板梁拆除采用一台320t大吨位履带吊拆除,要点施工前对吊车站位等具体放样并使吊车司机提前熟悉施工现场环境,书面进行技术和安全交底。经过认真施工调查,原旧桥跨铁路处25m空心板梁14片和16m空心板梁26片,本次拆除其中35片梁,根据现场条件,吊车最大作业半径为21米。吊装梁体16m板梁体为32t,吊装计算时按照25m板梁(宽度1.3m,高度1.1m)重45吨选用钢丝绳种类。

每片梁重45t,外加钢丝绳及吊钩重47t,一端为23.5t,吊梁每端采用1

根2支绳,两个吊点距为:25-2*0.9=23.2m;吊钩宽度为0.8m。则钢丝绳夹角为Arc(cos((23.2/2-0.4)/30))=68°。单股钢丝绳受力为
