【摘要】Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of domperidone combined with flupenthixol-meditracen in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD). Method China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed and Springer were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials (RCT) that domperidone combined with flupenthixol-meditracen in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia. The retrieval time ranged from the time of database founded to May 1 of 2016, and trace of the related references was also carried out. Evaluation on methodology quality and data extraction were performed for the included studies. Data management and Meta-analysis were performed by using Review Manger 5.3 software. Result Thirteen RCT involving 1244 patients were enrolled. Meta-analysis found that ,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group [RR=1.30, 95%CI (1.23, 1.37), P<0.00001]. there was no significant difference in the incidence of serious adverse events between the treatment group and the control group [RR=1.60, 95%CI (0.88, 2.88), P=0.12].
