摘 要
缸盖是内燃机的重要部件,它的加工精度直接影响到发动机的工作性能。发动机工作时,由于可燃气体是在缸盖燃烧室压缩后进行点燃,致使气门阀座承受很高的热负荷和机械负荷。这既要求阀座有很高的耐磨性,还要有很好的密封性。如果阀杆工作时中心发生偏移除了会导致有害的热传导和阀杆及导管孔的很快磨损外,还会造成耗油量的增加。因此,对气门阀座和导管孔的加工精度提出了很高的要求。结合近年来国内外内燃机行业发展的新趋势和工作实践,对结构复杂的气缸盖机械加工提出了进、排阀座圈锥面与导管孔的加工是其工艺技术关键,从定位方式、基准选择、阀座底孔与导管孔底孔的加工,阀座圈锥面加工方式和导管孔的加工方式等方面进行了探讨和分析。 关键词 气缸盖;机械加工;技术关键;定位;基准;CBN
Abstract:Internal combustion engine cylinder head is an important component, it
directly affects the precision of engine performance. Engine work, because combustible gas is compressed in the cylinder head combustion chamber to ignite, resulting in valve seat to withstand high heat load and mechanical load. This requires both a seat has a high wear resistance, but also have a good seal. Occurs if the stem center shift work in addition to cause harmful stem and tube heat conduction and wear of the hole quickly, which causes the increase in oil consumption. Therefore, the valve seat and the catheter hole made high precision requirements 。The recent development of new internal combustion engine industry trends and work practices, on the structure of the complex machining cylinder head made into the exclusive circle cone valve seat and the catheter hole processing technology is the key, from a targeted approach, benchmark selection , seat bottom and the catheter hole bottom processing, processing method and the conical valve seat ring hole catheter processing methods were also discussed and analyzed
