伊曲康唑治疗24例肺结核并发肺部真菌感染的护理

【摘要】目的探讨伊曲康唑序贯治疗肺结核并发肺部真菌感染的有效护理措施.方法回顾性分析我院收治的48例肺结核并发肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料，所有患者均采用伊曲康唑序贯治疗，随机分为观察组和常规组，每组24例，前者给予良好的综合护理，后者给予常规护理.结果观察组总有效率95.83%，显著高于常规组总有效率66.67%，两组临床疗效比较差异显著具有可比性(P<0.05).结论伊曲康唑治疗肺结核并发肺部真菌感染疗效显著，良好的综合护理促进了患者的康复，减少了并发症的发生，提高了患者的生活质量.%Objective To study the effective nursing measure of intravenous (Sporanox) in treatment of patients with fungal infection complicated in pulmonary tuberculosis. Method Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 48 cases with fungal infection complicated in pulmonary tuberculosis, and 48 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 24 cases respectively. The former were given comprehensive nursing cares, and the latter were given routine nursing cares. Result The effective rates of two groups were respectively 95.83%, 66.67%, and the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous has a significant effect on fungal infection complicated in pulmonary tuberculosis and
