【摘要】目的 从无肋马尾藻中提取分离一种生物活性多肽(SFPP),分析其理化特性及对大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤PC12细胞分化的促进作用.方法 采用葡聚糖凝胶层析分离和透析脱盐纯化无肋马尾藻的水浸提物,应用Tricine-SDS-PAGE电泳和差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析SFPP的分子量和热变性温度,检测其对PC12细胞分化的促进作用.结果 与结论提纯的SFPP分子量为17.0 kD,热变性温度是51.4℃;SFPP对PC12细胞有类似神经生长因子(NGF)作用,这种效果与浓度有关,并且和NGF存在协同效用.%Objective A novel peptide, Sargassum fulvellum polypeptide (SFPP) was isolated from a brown alga Sargassum fulvellum and its promotion on the differentiation of rat pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells was reported in the paper. Methods SFPP was obtained and purified by the technological processes of extraction, adsorption, dialysis and chromatograph. The molecular weight and thermal denaturating temperature of SFPP were detected by Tricine-SDS-PAGE and Differential Scanning Calorimetry. Results and Conclusion The molecular weight was 17.0 kD and the thermal denaturizing temperature was 51.4 ℃, respectively.
