网络经济时代格力集团的管理变革
摘要:网络经济时代下,不仅人们的生活、学习方式、工作发生了改变,而且整个社会的价值观念也发生了巨大的改变。随着网络经济时代的发展,世界经济一体化的趋势,企业之间的竞争加剧,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业生存环境发生根本性变化,在这种情况下企业克服管理中的缺陷不足,顺应时代规律发生管理上的变革,才能在激烈的市场竞争中存活下来。对于企业而言,传统的管理方式从根本上已经不再适应这个新的网络经济时代的发展,很多企业都进行了管理创新变革,但是特定的市场需要与企业创新能力不足的网络经济时代还存在一些不足,在这种情况下,以格力集团为例,对网络经济对企业的管理的影响进行分析研究,提出合理化的解决思路,从组织结构、生产经营方式以及营销等管理的五个方面提出了迎接网络经济新时代管理变革的可行性建议,以及适应实时、个性化、日新月异的网络经济新时代。

Abstract: In the era of network economy, not only people's life, learning style and work have changed, but also the values of the whole society have changed dramatically. With the development of the network economy era, the trend of the integration of the world economy, the intensified competition among enterprises, the increasingly fierce market competition, and the fundamental changes in the survival environment of enterprises, in this case, enterprises can survive in the fierce market competition only by overcoming the defects and deficiencies in management and making management changes in accordance with the laws of the times. For enterprises, the traditional management mode is no longer suitable for the development of this new network economy era. Many enterprises have carried out
management innovation changes, but there are still some deficiencies in the era of network economy with specific market needs and insufficient innovation ability of enterprises.
