P-糖蛋白和谷胱甘肽S转移酶在胆囊癌的表达及临床意义

【摘要】目的:探讨P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST-Pi)在胆囊癌的表达及临床应用价值.方法:对42例胆囊癌及10例慢性结石性胆囊炎手术标本进行免疫组化检测,肿瘤病人术后随访2年,收集数据进行统计分析.结果:P-gp和GST-Pi在胆囊癌中的阳性率为76.2% 和 64.3%,均高于在慢性结石性胆囊炎中的表达水平30%和20%,有显著性差别(P=0.014和P=0.035).P-gp和GST-Pi均与胆囊癌Nevin分期有关,P-gp和GST-Pi阳 性的肿瘤患者2年生存率低于阴性患者 (55.6%vs11.1%,P=0.013;45.5%vs12%,P=0.036).结论:P-gp和GST-Pi可作为胆囊癌的预后指标.%Objective : Forty two investigate the expression levels of P - glycoprotein ( P - gp ) and Glutathione S transferase Pi ( GST - Pi )in gallbladder carcmoma and the clinical values. Methods: 42 specimens of gallbladder carcmoma and 10 specimens of chronic cholecystitis were obtained at initial surgery , and were immunohistochemically studied using anti - P - gp and anti - GST - Pi monoclonal antibodies, the patients were followed up for 2 years.
