新生儿重症监护病房早产儿持续质量改进措施实施效果评

【摘要】目的 通过在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)实施持续质量改进措施,以探索降低医院感染发生率的有效方法.方法 前瞻性选取2018年1—11月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院NICU实施持续质量改进后住院的早产儿122例为试验组,将2017年3—12月采用常规护理管理模式的早产儿125例设为对照组,观察两组患儿医院血流感染的发生情况.结果 试验组医院血流感染的发生率明显低于对照组[7.4%(9/122)比17.6%(22/125)],差异有统计学意义(P＝0.015);试验组在手卫生执行率、外周插入中心导管(PICC)平均留置天数、抗生素使用率及平均使用天数方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 通过严格的持续质量改进措施可有效控制NICU医院血流感染的发生率.%Objective To explore the effective measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection
