My first stay at home alone was very memorable. One day when I was twelve, both my mother and father were away on the business and I had to be all by myself for two days. My parents left early the first day, but I got up soon after they left. The first evening I was a little scare, so I turned on all the light. I actually keep the light on in my bedroom the whole night, that finally put me at ease. For fear of get up late the next morning, I put three alarm clocks near my bed and set the alarm respectively at 6: 00, 6:10 and 6: 15. In order to prove that I could take good care of me, I washed my own clothes the next day, though I could wait Mum to do it. I really felt proudly of myself and thought I had grown up.

Yesterday, we held a class meeting on the topic of “My Dream”. Encouraging by our English teacher, we talked about our understanding of dreams. Opinions on this matter differ from person to person. Otherwise, we all believed that our dreams would come true one day.
As for me, my dream is to be a lawyer in the future, because lawyers are doing a meaning job. They can help people whoever are in need to solve a great many of problems with their professional knowledge, which is of great value to our society. To realize our dream, I will work as hard as I can from then on. I will try my best to get admitting into a good university where I can get a good knowledge of law and gain enough skills to become a lawyer. It is only in this way where I can accomplish my dream.

I'm sorry to know that you are facing some problems. It's naturally for someone to meet with different kinds of problems when he first studied abroad. The language problem is the first one. But I'm sure you'll soon be able to use the language well, so I know you're a quick learner. Being sure to take every possible chance to practise your oral English, that will do good to you. The second problem is usually the change of eating habit. Not everyone can get accustom to a different diet, so why not to cook meals by yourself? It was warm and sunny, so we decide to go for a swim. When I reached to the beach, my friends were already there. The sea was perfect, appearing as smoothly as a mirror. I felt quite pleased with it, and my friends were a little disappointing as they liked huge waves. When we got hungry and thirsty, we bought some hotdog and drinks from a nearby shop. After that, we became energetic enough for a football game. It surprised all was that my team won game. Then we relaxed for a while, sleep on the beach. At about half past four, we packed up my things and went home. We really had fun.

A microblog is a kind of online diary that covers a wide variety of topic from daily incidents to major
global events. It provides brief and regular information what is open to the public. As a new way of communication, a microblog definitely had a positive influence on our life because it makes it convenience for people to express their feelings and opinions. Besides, it allows news and messages spread more quickly and wide than ever before. Therefore, it also affects our life negatively because it is possible for people to give away of their personal information.
