探讨护理干预在胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液中的效果

【摘要】目的：研究分析胸腔积液使用闭式引流治疗的护理干预措施，为临床护理工作提供参考。方法根据2014年1月～2015年11月我院的64例胸腔积液患者进行研究分析，将这些患者分成实验组和比较组，均有32例，两组接受胸腔闭式引流治疗，实验组使用护理干预，比较组使用常规护理，对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果综合护理干预可以减少患者的日均积液引流量，降低术后并发症，实验组的研究指标比比较组优秀，结果差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胸腔闭式引流治疗胸腔积液结合护理干预能够发挥出非常好的治疗效果，对患者的胸腔积液引流量具有较大的提升，降低了并发症几率。%Objective To study the nursing intervention measures for the treatment of pleural effusion using closed drainage, and to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods 64 cases of patients with pleural effusion were chosen in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2015 to carry on the research analysis, these patients were divided into experimental group and comparison group, 32 cases, two underwent thoracic closed drainage treatment, the experimental group used nursing intervention group, compared with routine nursing, compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the patients' daily fluid induced flow,
