高血压合并糖尿病患者护理经验探讨

【摘要】目的：对综合护理方案应用于高血压合并糖尿病患者中的临床价值进行分析。方法随机选择我院内科2014年01月至2016年02月接收、已确诊的高血压合并糖尿病患者共67例，分成2个组。分析组内有34例患者，于组内推行综合护理方案；对照组内有33例患者，于组内推行一般护理模式，观察2组疗效及预后。结果所有入选对象都配合完成护理工作，发现分析组护理工作满意率100.00%，对照组75.76%，且分析组入选对象生活质量评定分数高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论将综合护理方案应用于高血压合并糖尿病患者具有可行性，建议推广。%Objective to analyze the clinical value of comprehensive nursing program in patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods a total of 02 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups randomly selected from our hospital in 2014, 01 months from to months in our hospital, and 67 patients were divided into groups . There were 34 cases in the analysis group, the implementation of comprehensive nursing program in the group; in the control group, th ere were 33 patients in the group, the implementation of general nursing mode, the observation of the 2 groups of curative effect and prognosis.
