匹多莫德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床效果观察

【摘要】Objective To study pidotimod treatment in exacerbation frequency,pulmonary function,SGRQ score and im-munological function with COPD patients and it’ s clinical significance. Methods We randomized 60 outpatients:treatment group 28 subjects,control group 32 subjects. All subjects allow base therapy include oxygen uptake,bronchodilator,oral thephylline et al. Treatment group plus pidotimod 0. 8 once a day over 8 weeks. All subjects were followed for 6 months,and were assessed every two weeks. All subjects,before treatment and 60 and 180 days after treatment,the pulmonary function tests and SGRQ score were measured,and the blood samples were collected for the measurement of the serum CD 4+,CD 8+,CD 4+ /CD 8+,levels,and record ex-acerbation frequency over 6 months with all subjects. Results There was no differences between treatment group and control group in age,course of disease,FEV 1 ,FEV 1 Pre%,serum CD 4+,CD 8+,CD 4+ /CD 8+level,exacerbations in the year before recruit-ment. After 6 months trial,treatment group exacerbation frequency was significant reduce compare control group(P<0. 05).
