【摘要】Objective To compare the sensitivity to inhaled methacholine in assessing

the

bronchial

responsiveness

by

three

different

measures.Methods Respiratory impedance measurements by the impulse oscillometry were compared with concomitant measurements of airway resistance （Raw）, specific airway conductance（Gsp）and thorax gas volume（TGV） by whole body plethysmography and forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV₁） respectively during methacholine bronchial challenge in 11 adult stable asthmatics.Results Compared with the baseline value, Raw and TGV were increased markedly, while Gsp was decreased significantly during methacholine bronchial challenge（P<0.001）. There were statistically significant increases of respiratory resistance and decreases of reactance values ranging from 5Hz to 35Hz（P<0.01 or P<0.001）, especially 5Hz.
