【摘要】Objective:To investigate the expression of mtTFA protein in different gastric tissue and to discuss the relationship between the expression and the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods: To choose 66 patients undergoing gastric operation in our department from January 2010 to September 2011. The expression of mtTFA protein was examined in gastric carcinoma tissue and normal gastric tissue by SP immunohistochemical staining. To observe the relationship between the expression of mtTFA protein and the clinical stages, histological grading, muscle invasive, lymphatic metastasis status of gastric carcinoma. Results :The expression of mtTFA protein in gastric carcinoma was higher than in normal gastric tissue (P < 0.05). The expression of mtTFA protein increased from normal tissue to carcinoma tissue. The expression of mtTFA protein involved in the clinical stages, histological grading, muscle invasive and lymphatic metastasis status of gastric carcinoma ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The abnormal expression of mtTFA protein might be one of the molecular mechanisms of the development of gastric carcinoma and could be considered as an index to represent biological actions of gastric carcinoma.%目的:检测线粒体转
录因子A(mtTFA)蛋白在不同胃组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的关系.方法:选择2010年1月-2011年9月间在我科所做的胃癌手术66例.采用SP免疫组化方法对胃癌组织及正常胃组织中mtTFA蛋白的表达进行检测,观察mtTFA的表达与胃癌病理分级、临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移的关系.结果:mtTFA在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于正常胃组织,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且从正常胃组织到胃癌组织其表达有上升趋势.mtTFA蛋白的表达与胃癌的病理分级、临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05).结论:mtTFA的表达异常可能是胃癌发生发展的分子机制之一,有望成为反映胃癌生物学行为的一项指标.
