HIV耐药基因变异现况研究

【摘要】Human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV ) confronts the drug selection pressure under drugs therapy. HIV has been strongly susceptible to mutation because HIV is retrovirus,its reverse transcriptase has the ability of copy but not the ability of correction. More than 200 mutations have been identified, and detecting drug resistance mutations can be beneficial to the clinical therapy strategy designing. Here is to make a review on drug resistance mutation sites,the mechanism of HIV drug resistance generation and the ways of detection.%人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)在药物的使用过程中面临着药物选择的压力,且同时HIV是反转录病毒,其反转录酶在HIV复制时具有DNA复制能力但没有校正能力,使HIV有高度的遗传变异性.目前已确定的HIV耐药相关的基因突变有200多种,HIV耐药基因的检测对临床合理设计用药策略产生不同程度的影响.该文就HIV的耐药基因突变位点、HIV耐药性产生的机制及检测方法进行综述.
