【摘要】目的:了解厦门市6~7岁儿童乳牙的患龋情况及其与第一恒磨牙患龋的关系.方法:参照第4次全国口腔健康调查方案,采用分层整群随机的抽样方法,在厦门市小学中随机选取3所小学作为调查点,对被调查的152名6~7岁儿童进行患龋情况检查.结果:152名儿童患龋率79.67%,龋均4.15.男生的龋均、龋面均明显高于女生(P<0.05),乳牙的龋均、龋面均也明显高于女生(P<0.05).乳牙龋均呈现清晰的对称性,磨牙龋均呈聚积趋势.第一恒磨牙患龋与乳牙龋均显著相关.结论:厦门市6~7岁儿童患龋率较高,而充填率较低,应采取综合性的防治措施,预防龋病的发生,促进儿童口腔健康.%Objective:To study the caries status of primary teeth and its correlation with the first permanent molar in 6-to 7-year-old children in Xiamen. Methods:On the bases of the guideline of the fourth national oral health survey,the caries status of 152 children aged 6 to 7 years in Xiamen from 3 schools were surveyed with stratified cluster random sam-pling. Results:The incidence of dental caries was 76. 97%,and the decayed,missing and filled teeth( dmft) was 3. 73.
