伤科黄水外治在胫腓骨骨折中运用的护理观察

【摘要】 目的观察伤科黄水外治干预胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法40例胫腓骨骨折的患者,随机分成两组,对照组予以基础护理,治疗组在对照组治疗基层上加用伤科黄水外治,2周后观察对比两组患者疼痛、肿胀程度等指标。结论伤科黄水外治干预胫腓骨骨折具有良好地疗效,优于基层护理组。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of yelow-water apply on the tibiofibula fracture. Methods 40 patients with the tibiofibula fracture were divided into 2 groups randomly. Yelow-water apply on the tibiofibula were administrated in the treatment group plus. Results VAS were significant degreement rate in the treatment group, the effect in the treatment group was better than those in the control group, with significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion Yelow-water is effective the tibiofibula fracture, due to its quickness in eliminating sweling and elieving pains, on stimulus and a comfort feeling. 【总页数】2页(243-244)
