冀教版 五年级下册 Lesson 11 Shopping in Beijing 一、教材分析

1. 单元及课文分析

本单元主要围绕Jenny和Danny在北京旅行为话题展开,本课是冀教版小学英语第六册的第11课,而且是一节图片与对话相结合的故事课,描述了在旅行中给家人购买礼物的小故事,与学生的生活联系密切,并富有趣味性,主要是对于句型I want to buy... for my.../____ buys ___ for ___.在教学的过程中,教师通过Guessing game的形式引入本课中的主题,并且通过小组讨论等方式突破本课难点,从而实现本课的教学目标。 2. 教学重点

(1)能用I want to buy... for my...句型来描述给自己家人买的礼物。

(2)在老师的帮助下能够用第三人称句型介绍别人在旅行时买的礼物。

3. 教学难点

用第三人称的句型介绍别人在旅行时给家人买的礼物。

二、教学目标

语言知识与技能

(1) 能用I want to buy... for my...句型来描述给家人买的礼物。

(2)在老师的帮助下能够用第三人称的句型介绍别人在旅行时买的礼物。

情感态度

乐于学习英语,能够积极的用英语进行交流,并通过讨论给家人朋友所买的礼物,从而激发学生的学习兴趣。

学习策略

通过让学生判断、猜测、小组讨论等方式突破本课难点,从而实现本课的教学目标。

三、教学步骤

Part1 Class Opening (5 minutes) 1. Greeting: Hello, everyone! How do you feel today? 2. Warming-up Let’s sing a song.

[设计思路:以歌曲导入,活跃了课堂气氛,可以很好地调动孩子们学习英语的积极性]

Part 2 Review and New Concepts (15minutes) 1. Answer my questions:

How do they go to Beijing?

What do you know about Beijing ? Do you like to go shopping?

(教师给出几张景点照片,学生通过所看到的信息进行回答问题。]

T: Wow, you really did a good job. I like to go on a trip too. I want to see some beautiful scenery.

[通过问答的形式引入本课的主题Shopping] Part 3:New concept.

New words and phrases: buy busy

buy sth. for sb. go shopping

New sentence structures: I want to buy sth. for sb. Practice: Translate the following sentences.

Part4: Listen to the radio twice and answer my questions: 1. Does Danny go shopping?

2. What does Jenny buy for her family? 3. Is Danny busy?

4. What does Danny buy?

T:Look at this picture. Guess! Where is Danny? What is he doing? Now read and answer the questions.

Q1:Does Danny go shopping?

Q2:What does Jenny want to buy for her family? a. a sweater for her mother. b. a scarf for her mother. c. some fruits for her brother. d. some tea for her father. e. a kite for her sister.

f. a big panda for her sister. g. a cap for her brother.

[学生读课文的前半部分回答上述问题。] Q3:What does Danny buy? A. a big panda B. a sweater C. some food

Q4:Is Danny busy?

[学生听课文的后半部分回答上述问题。] Let’s talk (1) Practice

T:Do you like to go shopping? S: Yes.

T: Today let’s go shopping together! OK? S: OK.

T: As we know, Beijing is our capital city. First, let’s go to Beijing. What do you want to buy in Beijing? S: I want to buy... for...

[设计意图:教师首先从北京入手,学生充分发挥自己的想象,回答自己去北京想买给家人的东西,同时引入本课的重点句型。] (2) Pair works

T: Look! There are many places. I think different people want to go to different places. Four people one group. Let’s talk! Q1: Where do you go on a trip?

Q2: What gifts do you want to buy for your family?

T: Everyone wants to buy some gifts for your family. Now let’s write down on your book.

[设计意图:小组成员之间讨论自己想去的地方,想为家人买什么礼物,让学生先讨论,再书写,为后面第三人称的介绍做了铺垫。] Part 5:New sentence structures: What time is it?It’s… Practice:

Let’s act out the dialogue. Part7:Let’s play a game

I will choose two lines to have a match. Let’s ask each other questions and do it one by one. If you are finished the first, your team will get a beautiful star. Part8:Consolidation and extension (15 minutes) Work Show

[设计意图:学生用I want to buy... for...介绍自己旅行时给家人朋友带的礼物,其他同学尽可能多的快速记录他人的信息,为下一环节做准备。]

Summary: It’s better to give than to receive.给予永远比接受更让人感到幸福!

四、课后反思

在本课的教学中,我充分发挥学生的主观能动性,较好的完成了的本课教学任务。

1.本课中设计的Guessing Game游戏面向全体学生,做到让大家都参与到游戏中来。学生们很乐意的参与其中。

2.另外在本课中让学生听音填表格,并且用第三人称的句子来介绍其他同学给家人买礼物的时,我根据学生的个人素质,记忆力反应速度等,因材施教,分层要求,以求最有效的激励机制促进学生不断上进。

当然本节课在我觉得还有不足的地方,比如:学生根据其他同学的介绍,记录他人的信息,用单三句型____ buys ___ for ___.写篇小短文,可能这部分对于英语程度不好的同学有点难度,所以还应该加强。

总之在本课的教学中我采用情境教学法,使学生在特定的环境中学习,有助于学生运用语言的能力的提高,而且很好的激发了学习的积极性。在家庭作业的布置上,留给学生了选择的余地,使学生根据自己的水平量力而行。
