management ,accounts financing management and depreciation of fixed assets management are briefly introduced ,and the proposals to the small and medium -sized enterprises to further strengthen accounting management are put forward .% 中小企业采用Excel处理财务管理工作具有实用性和易用性，应正确认识和使用。本文给出了利用Excel解决财务问题的一般思路，对于常用的工资运算管理、账款管理和固定资产折旧管理做了简要介绍，并对中小企业进一步加强会计管理工作提出了建议。
