芪精丹兰汤对痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌紊乱

【摘要】目的：观察芪精丹兰汤对痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌紊乱的影响。方法：将60例痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组口服芪精丹兰汤，对照组口服二甲双胍，治疗1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率90%，对照组86.7%，两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组患者女性性激素水平及BMI、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素水平均有改善(P＜0.05)，两组疗效相当，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组患者中医症状积分均下降(P＜0.05)，两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，BBT变化差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：芪精丹兰汤治疗痰湿肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效满意。%Objective:To observe the effect of Qi Jing Dan Lan decoction on the endocrine disorder of patients with phlegm dampness obesity type polycystic ovarian syndrome.Methods:60 patients with phlegm dampness obesity type polycystic ovarian syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was given oral Qi Jing Dan Lan decoction,and the control group was given oral metformin.They were treated for 1 course.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was
