PURPOSE:To efficiently perform collecting work of drifting wood, by
constituting a cargo handling device, for collecting the drifting wood scattered on the surface of a dam lake, such that a crane-type wood transfer feeder, wood cutter, convey er and a container or the like are mounted onto a pontoon.
CONSTITUTION:A wood transfer feeder 2, for clamping wood to be transferred, is provided on a pontoon 1, and the feeder 2 is constituted of an arm 2a enabled to turn, updown move, bend and stretch, pawl 2b provided in the point end of the arm 2a and enabled to open and close and an operator's seat 2c or the like.
