华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机在低熔点铅挡块中应用

【摘要】 目的 研究华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机在低熔点铅挡块中应用。方法 通过对本科近一年来制作的200余块鼻咽癌常规放射治疗铅挡块和300余块三维适形放射治疗铅挡块的验证,对全自动热丝切割机制作的挡块进行分析和评价。结果 有84%以上的铅挡块经模拟定位机的验证符合临床使用要求,约有16%的挡块需修改或重新制作,与以往的热丝切割机比较有明显改善。结论 应用华盼YC2D-A型全自动热丝切割机制作低熔点铅挡块,提高了铅挡块制作合格率。

HUAPAN YC2D-A automatic Hot-wire cuttre in the applicaion of low-melting lead block
【Abstract】 Objective To study the HUAPAN YC2D-A automatic Hot-wire cutter in the application of low-melting lead block.Methods We analyzed and evaluated the lead blocks which made by automatic Hot-wire cuttre,through the verification of more than 200 pieces of conventional radiotherapy blocks and 300 three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy blocks of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the past year.Results All the blocks were verified by the simulator.We found that more than 85%of the blocks met the requirements of clinical application,and about 15%of the blocks need to be modified or re-production.Conclusion The use of HUAPAN YC2D-A automatic Hot-wire cuttre in the production of low-melting lead blocks had increased the passing rate and achieved good efficiency.
