【摘要】高度的文化自觉和文化自信，是推动文化繁荣发展的思想基础和先决条件。培养文化自觉和文化自信，必须建立在对坚持马克思主义指导地位、传承优秀传统文化、借鉴国外优秀文化成果等问题的正确认识基础之上。%A high level cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence is the ideological foundation and prerequisite for the promotion of prosperity and development of any culture. The cultivation of cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence must be based on the correct understanding of the followings ： the adhe- sion to the guiding position of Marxism, the inheriting of the excellent traditional culture, and the use for refer-ence of the foreign cuhural achievements. 【总页数】4页(12-15)
