【摘要】阐述了一种新型柑橘榨汁专用设备---BGZJ-7型柑橘半果榨汁机的设计。采用了半果旋转锥汁的榨汁原理,最大限度地避免了榨汁过程中柑橘皮、囊衣、种子等所含的苦味物质和橘皮油等进入产品果汁中,简化了榨后果汁处理工艺,果汁产品质量好,且易于控制。该机整个生产过程为连续进料、送果、切半、压榨、出汁、出皮渣连续完成。%The design of a new type of dedicated equipment of juicing citrus was introduced , which was the Model BGZJ-7 Halved Citrus Juicer .With the juicing principle of the half-fruit rotating cones .It was the maximum to avoid the Citrus peel , Capsule clothing , seeds and citrus peel oil getting into the juice products . the process of virgin juice processing was Simplified .The juice product quality is good and easy to be con-trolled.The entire production process for the continuous feeding , sending fruit , cutting into halves , squee-zing, exporting juice and cleaning peels had been completed continuously . 【总页数】3页(28-30)
